The design center is now focusing from cabinetry, appliances, flooring, countertops, and plumbing. Outdoor products include pavers, pool copings, and architectural elements.

       We specialize in supplying a vast array of natural stones from all over the globe, including countries like Brazil, India, China, Philippines, Vietnam, Spain, Mexico, Egypt, France and Indonesia. Our ability to service our clients with natural stone products for both Indoor and Outdoor applications makes us unique. Our strength lies in bringing unique & new products in various finishes and sizes. Our indoor product lines ranges from tiles, mosaics to quartz, granite and marble slabs. Our Outdoor product line includes vast variety of Ledger stone, flagstone, pool coping, Columns, Pavers, Cobbles, stone patterns and Premium Pebbles.

Showroom Manager - Dallas Design District

​

Seeking an experienced Design Gallery Showroom Manager

​

The Design Gallery Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing all customers with interior design and product selection advise, product expertise and assist in purchasing decisions/ influence sales while facilitating customer experience. Design Gallery Sales Consultant will use the showroom as a selling tool to dive specifications and sales as well as brand awareness. Consultant will need to generating sales by developing demand in the market place, creating new and maintaining current customers through sales and promotion of Burlington Design Gallery products. Prepare plan of action and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made. He/she will present and sell company products to current and potential clients within the remodel, home improvement, landscape yards, cabinet makers, builders, and fabricators. Follow up on new leads and referrals.

You must uphold our high standards of customer service and demonstrate professionalism at all times. You are responsible for educating clients on our products and providing appropriate suggestions and solutions. You are responsible for communicating all company and manufacturer recommendations and warnings for product application and installation. You are responsible for communicating with your clients during every aspect of the sale to ensure their satisfaction. You will be responsible for using your design skills and product knowledge to educate the customer so that they make satisfying product selections to promote the best buying experience available.

Duties

​

  • Greet and assist clients with selection of stone & tile for their projects

  • Gain knowledge of all current and new product lines

  • Enter orders, follow-up on back-orders, invoice orders, and follow proper pick-up procedures

  • Maintain a neat and organized workspace

  • Assist with conducting inventory counts

  • Maintain showroom and sample department organization and presentation

  • Multitask and prioritize work through effective time management

  • Work cooperatively in team environment

  • Any other duties required of the position

  • Be constantly aware of all new products offered by our vendors

  • Provide the highest level of customer service

  • Create a relationship with clients

  • Team player: able to work in a collaborative environment

  • Set and Manage Expectation for the customer experience

  • Effectively resolve customer issues, ensuring timely resolution of problems.

Minimum Qualifications​

​

  • Bachelor's degree in business/interior design/related concentration or equivalent experience is required.

  • Customer Service: 3 years

  • Sales: 2 years

  • 1 year luxury sales environment (preferred)

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills

  • Friendly and outgoing personality

  • Polished appearance

  • Excellent Computer skills

  • Excellent and professional phone skills

  • Excellent spatial skill and understanding of measurement, overhead plans and instruction.

  • Experience working directly with clients and internal teams.

​Administrative Assistant / Accounting TX

​

Seeking an Administrative Assistant - Accounting to join our team. Irving, Texas

 

Responsibilities and Duties 

​

  • Accounts Payable – Accurately enter, code and process vendor invoices and payments

  • Accounts Receivables- Sending weekly statements and collecting payments weekly

  • Run weekly AP & AR Reports

  • Preparing Spreadsheets / Reports

  • Proficient with excel on running reports, generating spreadsheets, creating pivot tables, sorting, filtering, etc.

  • Knowledgeable with General Ledger entries in Accounting

  • Experience in bank reconciliation

  • Post all credit card receipts and upload on SPS

  • Email Invoices/Statement to clients – Daily follow ups

  • Take payments over the phone for credit card payments and post on SPS

  • Submit company credit applications as needed

  • Order supplies for warehouse department

  • Answering phone calls and assisting before directing them to different departments.

  • Posting payments to Purchase Orders sent to vendors

  • Managing filing system – electronically

  • Performing general office duties and errands.

  • Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail

  • Ordering office supplies

  • Send clients materials samples via USPS/FedEx – as needed

  • General office tasks

 

Qualification/Skills/Experience:

  • 2+ yrs of experience as an admin assistant & knowledge of accounting
